SAFETY FIRST
Safety classes ensure all employees are trained under OSHA & MSHA regulations and safety protocols.
All injuries are preventable.
Our training promotes learning how and understanding why certain precautions must be taken when working in an industrial environment. We firmly believe that the health and welfare of our employees and the employees of our customers is of the utmost importance.
Safety first promise
As our first priority, safety is taken very seriously. We standby our commitment to safe operations with dedicated Safety Coordinators who ensure that safety is never compromised by scheduling constraints, weather, or deadlines. We want every single person — from our team or your plant — to return home safe and sound, each and every night.

Safety Training
Whether a new employee that requires initial training, a seasoned veteran that needs continued education or a project that presents unusual safety concerns − all IMI employees undergo stringent safety classes. Our extensive safety training, both classroom and practical hands-on, ensures all employees understand and follow all OSHA, MSHA, and any other regulatory safety standards that apply to their work.
Training is conducted by accredited IMI employed Safety Coordinators with multiple years of experience in the industrial and construction environment. Under no exceptions, all new employees at IMI undergo an eight hour training course prior to starting work. Within the first month of employment each employee is evaluated and further trained in trade specific areas such as arc flash, rigging, and confined space.
