The “go LOCAL” initiative is about spending money locally.  This effort is simply designed to ask local businesses commit to better our community for today and the future.  By supporting local businesses, IMI has kept $1.2 million dollars in Oconee County in the last year alone. Extra Special People

IMI is proud to support ESP, Extra Special People. Since 1986, ESP has been serving children and young adults with behavior disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, Asperger’s, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Angelman Syndrome, Spina Bifida, and many more.  They served 300 families from 26 counties in North Georgia in the summer of last year alone.  They offer weekend and after-school programs as well as family events and summer camp.
